Title: Craziest finds of 2012
Post by: Travis on December 26, 2012, 07:48:40 PM
As we near the end of 2012, let's recap our craziest finds. What's the weirdest or most unique thing you found this year?

That's a toss up for me, you decide. Its between the roman coins with clasp and arrowhead, Nazi items, or the Yard d*ck marked at 8" for mike....lol

Oh I forgot to mention the 3 urns. Stop putting grandma in storage units people. Have some damn respect for the dead.

Grandma must of been a big woman to take up 3 urns.  :D

And just out of curiosity, why do you have all three of those items in the same picture? Tell me that you took the picture just for us.

Hey that was my Halloween costume this year; a roman nazi who measures p*nises. ...hahah. Yes the photo was just for here.

1. A preserved shark in a glass jar.
2. A mold of a persons entire mouth including all the teeth.
3. I'm told by a facility manager I have a urn filled with the grandparents in a box I haven't sorted through yet, can't wait to get to that one!

Thee absolutely craziest thing I found...

A photo of a young man (16-19?) in a casket, at his funeral. He is decked out in gang colors (blue, I suppose he was a crip or a folk). His casket is decked in graffitti and gang symbols. He is surrounded by his very multi-cultural family; grandparents, parents, aunts & uncles?, cousins, siblings; young & old, black, white, & hispanic. To top it off EVERYONE is decked out in gang colors & symbols (blue bandanas on the heads, blue hankies hanging out pockets, etc.) and EVERYONE is throwing gang signs with their hands!

I'm cool with having a multi-cultural family, but seeing 4-5 year old kids and grandparents in thier 70s gathered around a young man's casket (probably not a stretch to guess he died as a result of gang activity) throwing gang signs and smiling/posing to look cool/tough for the photo is a bit unnerving.

For me the prison art was the craziest. Beautiful pictures drawn in pencil of mostly naked women. Sure don't want that one to know I got his or his womans stuff. He went to prison for attempted murder according to the court paperwork and newspaper clippings.
