Period pieces, antiques, collectibles, and tools. That pretty much sounds like every Storage Wars episode to me.

I'm not going to give out the four things I look for to bid on a unit, but I will tell you four things I look for so I don't bid on a unit.

1. Rodent sign; droppings, urine smell, petrified carcasses.
2. Heavy pet sign; urine/b.o. smell, hair.
3. Rummaged boxes.
4. Mold/mildew.

I would add cigarette smell but then I if I did that I wouldn't buy any units so I got to pick my battles...

Do I see my return, plus other items or lots of unknowns that make me feel comfortable that I can at least double my money?

Is the merchandise quality and in sell-able condition?
