Storage Wars Dallas - Cast & Crew Revealed - Exclusive photos

Well, I was in the Dallas area promoting the new website and I went to a obscure auction and low and behold, I'm in the middle of the cast & crew of Storage Wars Dallas. I think I was the only non cast/crew member there. Click here for the photos. http://storageauctionblog.com/?p=225

Hey, fate handed you a great opportunity. Wish I had been there. I would have done some pursuing of info.

My main question is still....is this in fact the production crew for A&E's show or some neer-do-well upstart?

Been a while since I read the original posts and articles about Storage Wars Dallas, so I may be out of the loop.

Looking forward to the day when we get to see some Dallas action in whatever form it may take. If Dallas, Miami, New York all play out in TRUE Storage Wars format it will be a sight to behold. One poster here is saying the ratings are going down for SW; if that is true the gamble to have 4 separate shows running might be a risky one.

I spoke with Natalie Knight who is a line producer for the show. I think she runs a company called Nat Knight Creative although I couldn't find any information on the company itself. On her business card, it says A&E / Storage Wars.

All I can say is that the general consensus of storage auction buyers in the Dallas area aren't too pleased with them filming there. They're really pissed off that the show is bringing out newcomers and that their area is going to be at the center of it all.

I was a professional storage auction buyer until these shows came out, believe me, I understand their frustration. I was also in real estate when the housing market collapsed. There is not much you can do about these things except step up your game & evolve.

They were really secretive. Cast members are in confidentiality agreements and their lips are sealed. I was really lucky to get the info and pictures that I did.

  Darn you almost got to bid on lockers filled with dimonds and barrels of oil..HAHAHA guess they couldn't get the BMW 745I into a locker. im sure those who were suposed to setup the lkrs with goodies overslept and are now selling tacos on a street corner again.

So, one of the producers of Storage Wars left a message on my voice mail Friday afternoon. Hmmm, I wonder what that could be about.

If they offer you a job jump on it (if it pays).

If they offer your a job and it doesn't pay....that's still a possible.

If they want you to delete your pictures....tell them nicely where they can go...looks like you were on public property when pics were taken, and even if not, it was out in the open somewhere and not like it was "confidential".

Yeah, I doubt it is about a job, but who knows.

The producer did ask me not to publish the photos when I spoke to her at the auction. I understand that A&E would prefer the cast to remain secret until they unveil them on their website, but that is unrealistic. They have an incredibly popular show and the general public has an interest in who the new cast members are. They are taping the show at public auctions and it was just a matter of time before someone else snapped the photos. And I'm sure some photos better than mine will surface soon.

Honestly, I make advertising revenue from the hits generated from these photos, but the main reason I posted them is because I thought that the readers of my blog and this forum would like to see them. The only way I would remove the photos is if they offered me something that was more lucrative. Example: Like plugging my Dallas website on the show or offering some cash. But I don't see either of those things happening.

 

Well, I totally pulled into that auction by accident. Originally, I was just taking photos because my wife would have never believed me. I didn't even think about posting them on the blog until the producer came up to me.

Stalking requires energy. I prefer a soft bed, a remote control, a soda & sandwich and an episode of Storage Wars as opposed to watching it in person. 

it takes energy to fallow them after they went to lunch that day.  please post the story 100% not just you version of it. im sure you be at a few more auction there at. you live in Houston. so yeah i can see how you being in Dallas at an auction that was canceled could happen. your only live  4 1/2 hours away from the DFW.

What is YOUR version of it, Ronin?   And if you can't share, why not tell someone and then let THEM share. I doubt if any agreement you have with the producers would be broached that way....IF you have an agreement with them.

If you had read the article on my blog instead of just looking at the pictures, you would know that I was in Dallas on Tuesday promoting my new Dallas website. I went to a Public Storage auction first, then I drove across town to a auction that I didn't know was cancelled. My cell phone went dead otherwise I would have called the storage facility.

I'm not quite sure what you are getting at? Did I ever say anything about an agreement with a producer? I just said a producer asked me not to publish the photos. I never agreed not to.

And how do you know where I live...are you stalking me?

You're nipping at the wrong heels TC. My post was directed at the person I directly quoted in my post...i.e. Ronin.

If you had followed all HIS posts about SW you would have seen he purports to have some connection to the current tapings, but he's not disclosing anything; that's why I asked for YOUR take on the proceedings...Ronin's, not YOURS.
