Yes I would but it would have to be at a good location with cheap rent, which is hard to find. But i know a guy who got 4000 sq ft on a main street for only $1000 a month lucky SOB.

I did, but I am now going to close it after 2+ years. It was much more profitable having yard sales and selling online. Im going back to grassroots soon!

I've thought about it, and it's got its pros and cons.

Getting higher prices for merchandise is appealing, but the thought of inventory/accounting is a turn off.

Here's my master plan. Buy a piece land and build a 40X80 metal building on it. Buy storage units during the week, and be open to the public on the weekends.

Auction the items and make a show of it. You'll get more money per item that way.
