Title: Chef

I am a chef and run the food program at Catholic Church and school.  I am a glorified Lunch Lady but get to do some big events. 
Because of the success rate of restaurant there are always a lot of restaurant stuff in lockers.  I once found a nice set of knives, even.

I like restaurant equipment as well. There is always someone starting a restaurant who is looking for used equipment. Sometimes it takes a while to sell, but I usually do pretty well on it. Just sold a broken commercial popcorn machine for $200.
