So what happens if you have 12 packages coming and another 100 or so being delivered in your neighborhood on top of that?

In my opinion this is just another way that we are dehumanizing our culture. I don't want a post man or UPS guy to knock on my door, just send a robot... this way I don't have to talk to people. While it is a great show of technology, I hope it never comes to fruition.

I'm sure they've considered this scenario. The drones probably have some type of radar that detects projectiles. Also, they're probably equipped with cameras so they can send pictures of idiots with guns to the police.
Or, if someone pissed off the wrong drone pilot, they might come back and drop a bowling ball through their roof. :D
