Spent $30 on a locker today for some clothing racks which my store needed. I was figuring I overpaid, but it was alright, because I needed the racks personally.
As I was digging through the one sterilite bin in the locker, beneath the Spongebob and Patrick plush.. Even beneath the Homer Simpson plush doll, and the Stewie plush, I found a Llardo Figurine. Makes the locker a home run, however, on $30, it's not like I'm set for life.. I've got it up on ebay now for $75/$150

This item brought back memories !
Some years ago I got a locker formerly owned by a nurse. (she had died). It had a nurse Lladro too but in a different configuration. The only thing I really remember about it was that the exposed hand (one not holding something) was broken off at the wrist !
Put it on eBay and I think it still brought $40. There are people who mend them. Nice bonus for your fixture buy !

By the way....
You spelled it correctly in the title of your eBay listing but not within the text...not critical since the title is what is searched first I think. It's just the proofreader in me !
Here it doesn't matter in the title of your thread. ;D

Good catch! I'm trying to change it, but apparently I'm not able to..

Nope, once a bid has been placed (congrats on the $75 start !) then you can not change the body of the text.
On the other hand you can change the title of this thread ! ;D

I was shocked that I got that bid within minutes of opening the auction. Wish I could change the text in the body of the listing, I'd probably get a few more looks... At least wouldn't look like a tool!

Nice score, I got my first taste of Lladro a few months back when I sold a Mary and Joseph for around 60 bucks. I never got a hit at $99 or best offer for months, then just decided to do a 99 cent auction and it racked in.

You know, I don't think I've had an auction since my return to ebay that has brought more than 1 bid.
