Vase Value Pls

can anyone pls evaluate a value for the vase attached here?  ballpark appraisals are fine.  kindly,  rich

Is it glass? porcelain?
Are there any marks on the bottom?
Do you have more photos, closer up, of the vase and of its base?

I looked all over and couldn't find anything like it. I did see one similar to what Bowie just posted and that sold for $12. I'm not saying that's what it's worth. Yours looks a little nicer though.
