Anyone know what this is? If it's any help, the unit it's in appears to contain equipment from a boxing training facility. It kind of looks like an X-Ray from a dentists office.

No, unfortunately. It looks like it's attached to a moveable arm, but it's hard to tell for sure. Whatever it is, it clearly has an on/off button on the side.
