Is the facility equipped with security technology, including HD video monitors?

Hi,
I'm planning to leave my belongings in a self-storage for two months until I return from my holidays. My roommate suggested a self-storage in North York, where he keeps his stuff. But I'm concerned about the security that they provide. Is it safe to keep stuff in a self-storage facility? Is the facility equipped with the latest state-of-the-art security technology, including HD video monitors, and abundant cameras and lighting? Any suggestions appreciated.
