If you don't know what this is, you probably haven't experienced it, or maybe you just can't figure out why your ad doesn't show up.
I'll wait until a few people chime in here before I ad my 2 cents.

‘Ghosting’ is the term applied to when you make a post on Craigslist, and the system tells you that your post has been published but your post never appears on the front page of Craigslist. This is Craigslists' way of dealing with people who abuse the system.
I've never experienced Ghosting, but I've had an issue where my ads were taking 30-45 minutes to show up on their site.

I've had an issue where my ads were taking 30-45 minutes to show up on their site.
I get a delay anywhere from 1-30 minutes before my listings go up. It seems to depend on how busy their servers are at the time. But I've never had a listing just not show up at all. It could be that at times there are so many posts going up, that by the time yours is up it's already on page 2.

ghosting is more a term in dating disapearing on someone no explaination. are you just talking about flaky cl buyers or are you talking about posts not showing up?

That's possibly what he was referring to. I've had a few no shows, but most have at least answered the phone and given me a lame excuse. Never had someone make an appointment, not show up and not answer the phone.
