Title: Ebay Buyers to Beware???
Post by: craiglstauction on December 09, 2011, 06:10:08 PM
Many sites have a section or thread of buyers / sellers to be watchful of due to bad practice, bad expierence, or such.  So I figured it was time to start one here.  For all you sellers out there - have you run into a buyer that is jacking you just because they can do it?

Only when it comes to feedback.

Ya monkey - the feedback issue is what gave me the idea to post.  Sold two items last week.  Both were received on thursday like promised.  Now I have one saying the item don't work.  I suspect he is using a newer ipod on a device I said would not work on 3rd gen or later ipods.  So for him - the item is not as advertised.  Answered his question and asked one of my own.  If he would answer me I'll just give him a refund despite my no return policy to save my 100% feedback (ebay since 97).  I really wonder however, even if I do all that if he will just put negative feedback anyways.

Looked on another guys item he purchased.  He left him negative feedback due to usps being a day late.  Even stated it was a usps issue and not seller.  So I'm torn between just keeping the $20 as I suspect going to get a negative no matter what I do.

Just keep your money he's going to give you a negative no matter what. The people on ebay are getting nastier and very picky just my opinion.
