Title: Return Shipping
Post by: Travis on April 10, 2014, 08:12:46 PM
On returns, do you make the buyer pay the return shipping or do you cover it?

Depends on the reason for the return. If they changed their mind and don't want it or they ordered the wrong size, the shipping is on them. If the item is defective or if they feel it wasn't adequately described, then I'll cover the return shipping.

I make buyer pay return shipping, my items are something where you know exactly what your getting, if you don't want the item it's because you changed your mind or found a lower price and your going to pay if you want to return it. I feel like if you offer to pay shipping you get the people who order crap they may or may not want and they'll decide when they get it. That type of buyer costs sellers money and is not someone I want buying from  my store.
