Title: Should you relist an eBay item if it doesn't sell or use another venue ?
Post by: MovieMan on January 10, 2014, 10:17:20 PM
I don't know about anyone else, but if I have 10 auctions running I might sell 4 to 6 items. That means some DIDN'T sell.

Should they be relisted?  When should they be relisted..immediately, a week later, a month later?

I know what I do. What about you ?

I guess it depends on what your opening bid price was, and that is as low as you are willing to go. If you had it up for a week auction with no bids and you are not willing to go any lower. I would throw it up for just a buy it now at that price for a month or so, if it still doesn't sell, put it at my yard sale for that price minus ebay fees and shipping costs. still doesn't sell obviously noone in the world that wants it is looking for it at the moment so cut your losses. deeply discount at yard sale or donate to thrift.
