Title: Abandoned Property Auctions?

Has anyone here ever done an Abandoned property Auction? These look like they would be very tricky as to how much you would want to pay.

The nice thing about them is you take what you want a leave the rest ( at least that's what I'm seeing on the site that list them).

Any comments are welcome as I'm getting quite curious about these Auctions, as they are becoming more common in my area.

Tue May 17th at 11:00am. Goods will be sold at Expo Self Storage, Sacramento. Abandoned Property is sold as one lot to the highest bidder. Buyer can take what they like and leave the rest behind. All sales are cash with a 10% buyers premium.
