Does fitness equipment sell better in January & February?

A lot of people make new years resolutions to lose weight but does fitness equipment sell better in January & February because of this?

I put up a treadmill and recumbent bike machine up on craigslist and they both sold in less than a day.  I specifically waited until after the holidays were over....and it worked for me........

yes it does

i find that fitness stuff tends to sell well year round and sell quickly too. there's always someone trying to get in shape for swimsuit season, get in shape for a wedding, etc.
