Storage Auctions

I just started collecting video games about 2 months ago. I have over 300 so far, but it is very time consuming to buy them 1 by 1. I would like to start purchasing them in lots of a dozen or more. I figure people buying storage units probably run into games all the time and likely aren't getting as much for them as I would pay.
I searched and there are no storage facilities in my area that sell units. How do you think I should go about building a relationship with people who buy units? I would like to make it easy for them to sell their games at a higher price than they would get selling them at a video game store.
I am curious, how do people who build storage units sell their video games? Do they just sell them to the local video game store?
Sorry for asking such simple questions.. this is a new world to me.

i sell any games worth $30 or more on ebay. the rest go to my local auction house OR I bundle them with a gaming system. I would suggest you put a post on craigslist looking for games, frequent local auctions(not storage auctions) and go to yard sales(if you have time, can be time consuming). If you let me know what you are looking for, I find everything from atari games to xbox 1 games and ps4 games.

I currently go to thrift stores, pawn shops, yard sales, and flea markets. They are all very time consuming =)
Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will check out some auctions next summer. I collect games for all systems, but I like pre-playstation 2 systems the most. Nintendo & Super Nintendo are my favorite. But I also like Nintendo 64, Sega Master System, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, etc.. Pretty much anything from back when games were more simple.
