Here is my 5x5 storage unit with my left over inventory after my yard sale and selling the bigger items such as washer, dryer, and antique furniture pieces. ;D
I still have a table, dresser, 2 cabinets, and 4 boxes of misc.

The candle holders do look nice, look like heavy metal with some sort of center piece I cant tell. This I know is a modern piece, just not sure of anything else on it. I would guess it to be worth at least on a resell value 35 - 40 each. But then again I dont know the quality or who designed them, so it could go a little higher, or alot, lot lower.

Hard to say with out seeing more of it. I can see its wood, and not particlefallapart. But looking at the legs of the dresser, I would say that is a vintage piece, and I would not paint it. Maybe, and this is depending on the age, remember some things can hurt its value if it is restored. Anyway the most I would do to it in any case is re-varnish it.

ok so strip it then sand and refinish?

Thats what I would do, unless its a piece that is 60 years of age or older. Then I would sell it as is.
