Title: Tax Season Approaching - Will Units Be Selling For A Premium?

Well, it's getting close to tax season and you know what that means - More newcomers with wads of cash burning a hole in their pockets. I wasn't able to attend a lot of auctions during tax season of this year, did any of you notice a drastic increase in attendance or prices?

Actually pre-Christmas, October, November, & December of 2011 were worse (bidding/price wise) then tax season (January-April 2012) but units really didn't start showing a downward trend until June of this year.
