Well this is the month to get rid of all the junk from the units.   I will admit, I’m way ahead.  I’m telling myself this is the time to get rid of the junk/junk.   I just need to  have a better game plan, my really sucks.

When you say "junk/junk" do you mean yard sale smalls like cups and hats, or do you mean stuff that would normally be thrown away or donated, like soiled clothes, dirty stuff, etc.?

To me, and maybe only me.  Junk/junk is the stuff that is in the “pre”  donated state.  Last chance to squeeze out every possible hope of collection of cash from my victims.

You should have an "everything is a dollar sale." You'll sell a lot more because people will buy things they don't necessarily want or need...just because it's a dollar.

You are a genius, great idea..
We have 5 tables, per space.  I would be the only one doing this.
25 cent table
50 cent table
1 dollar table
5 dollar table
Negotiable table

You got to play by the dumb man’s rules.  As they say “ the dumbest man in the land of nitwits is king”

We used to do it the same way.

Think about all of your trips to the dollar store.

You go in for a few items but you see other things that you don't necessarily need but could possible use in the future.

Heck, it's only a buck.

Next thing you know, you've spent $50 on a bunch of crap.

If you've got a large surplus of stuff, you can do a "stuff your bag" sale.. Give out plastic grocery bags and say, stuff your bag for $10.. you make up the amount based upon the stuff you have and size of course.

We do this with clothes and it works well.

Adult clothes are $10 per bag.

Kids clothes (Size 7+) is $15 per bag.

Baby/Toddler clothes is $20 per bag.

Sounds like a catch phrase for the Treasury Department.  :D

Wonderful, great day.  Loaded up the trailer and truck full.  Pulled up to the flea market around 6:30 and the professional buyers were checking it out.  I never really had time to get stuff out of the boxes, so I just sat the boxes on the tables and started selling.  I made well over 300 and did keep a few things that I didn't know I had in the boxes.  At the end of the day, well about 12:30, we loaded back up and made a very generous donation drop off, to pay back for the good day.
