The pawn shop is just as fake as the show and the cast.
Auction Hunters claims to be re-enacting Ton & Alan's rarest and best finds. If that's the case, where did the pawn shop come from? It wasn't there before the show premiered so how are they re-enacting it?

Not sure how that's possible considering the first floor is all glass windows and door. Are you sure you looked at the correct building?

What I want to know is why no one has thought to "sue" Spike TV. The beginning of the show it states that this are their "true" stories of their finds. I don't remember seeing any disclaimer at the end of the show that everything is just for pure entertainment. It's a type of fraud, really.
When Listerine advertised they could kill 100% of the bacteria in your mouth they were sued. Now if you look at the Listerine commercials, they've corrected that number.
Without a disclaimer, Spike TV could be sued. So not sure why no one has?
