Bought a unit with a big leather couch that no one wanted to move for $1.  Took a pic put in on Clist sold it on an hour for $50 and they came and picked it up as I was chatting with storage manager.

Bought a unit with a vintage guitar, drove it to a guitar shop and sold it within the hour. If you're looking for something I had to advertise, I sold a bedroom set within 24 hours.

I bought another RV on Thursday. Put it on Craigslist and sold it a few hours later. Didn't make a whole hell of a lot but I didn't have to do much either.

Here's one. Husband stopped at a garage sale one day and purchased a washer and dryer. The people said they had someone coming to look at them but since he was there with cash they let him take them. He left his card which they gave to the people that showed up a few minutes later to see the washer and dryer. They called him, drove out to our house and bought the set from him for $200 more than he paid for them. That was about a 30 minute flip.

I got a meat slicer at goodwill for $19.99 - 20% coupon.
I actually wanted it but wasn't as industrial as I would have liked once I was able to better inspect it.
Stopped in BK for lunch and listed on CL.  10 minutes later I get an email and he came to BK.
He paid $60.

Technically the fastest flip was at an estate sale.   Got a drill for $10.  Guy in line behind me said "I knew I should have grabbed that when I saw it". Offered to sell for $15.
Okay, I only made $5 but I flip'd it in about 10 seconds!   ;D

Bought a box of miscellaneous stuff at the auction barn. A guy walk up to me a few minutes later and offered me $20.00 for a spit tune in the box. I had only paid $20.00 for the box so I sold it to him. Technically I shouldn't have because I hadn't paid for it yet.

In the investment circles we call that a short sale. They happen every day, all day.

I'll have to remember that just in case the auctioneer ever gets mad because I sold something before I paid for it. LOL
