Title: What vehicle do you drive to auctions?
Post by: Travis on October 11, 2013, 07:25:19 AM: For those of you who have multiple vehicles and considering gas prices these days, do you drive your more efficient vehicle to the auctions?

Post by: alloro on October 11, 2013, 10:02:48 AM: I drive my Mustang to auctions for both the better MPG and because it's easier to park. Some of the storage sites around here don't have a lot of parking space to spare, so it's easier to slip a mid-size car in instead of a van and trailer.

Post by: mhuynh9 on October 11, 2013, 10:38:18 AM: I drive my Honda Odyssey because it gets decent gas mileage and I can put valuables inside. I have a trailer I can pull if needed. I don't tend to go to far for my auctions, its the advantage of living in a big city with dozens of auctions a week.

Post by: calcoastgal on October 11, 2013, 04:24:48 PM: It really depends on how far I am driving and if I know the sizes of the units. Close is just the car or sometimes the truck. If I am going a distance I will take the truck and trailer. If the auction is far and I know the units are small I usually just take the truck.
