Title: When do you load?
Post by: Travis on May 01, 2014, 10:23:39 PM
You're probably thinking...I keep it loaded, but that's a different subject.  :violent-smiley-007:

Some buyers like to load their unit right after they buy it, while others prefer to clean out their unit at a later time.

Which way do you think is best and why?

If possible immediately or at least at the end of the day's run. Also depends on the size of the unit. Most often take a truck load immediately then return with a trailer to finish the job.

When I was buying full time, I would always wait until I had several units and move them all on the same day. But of course, I hired laborers, rented large U-Haul trucks and was an expert at schmoozing storage facility managers into giving me a few extra days to clean out the units.
