Where to find the best units

In what states and cities do you think the best units are?

I believe that California, New York, Texas, Arizona must be good. Just becasue of the fact that you have alot of high income population.
Also they have had alot of "rich" history.

What do you think?

I think the neighborhood is most important. Buy units in a ghetto and you get gang banger stuff. Buy them in an upscale area with no low income housing and get better stuff.

I would think some good spots would be in Florida in retirement communities.
