hi guys i'm new to this forum from long island ny. been buying units for about 6 months and cant seem to get enough. Looking forward to reading some of the stories on this forum

Welcome to the forum. How are you guys doing up there? Are you seeing a lot of water damaged units?

Damn.   Beat me to the question.

I was talking to a friend in Jersey and he lost his unit.  Lots of delinquent units but facilities are writing them off, not auctioning.   To much damage or condemned or in his case.....gone.   There is seriously just an empty lot.  It collapsed and owner or city bulldozed it.   He's still trying to figure it out so he can put in an insurance claim.....cause he was storing gold bricks there.....inside the Ferrari.....that was also made of gold.....      ;)
