Title: Are online storage auctions legal in Indiana?

House Bill 1385 has passed through the legislature and is awaiting the signature of Governor Mike Pence. Congratulations to Indiana for modernizing their lien laws to include online storage auctions and allowing facility operators to advertise their lien sales in a commercially reasonable manner.

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence signed HB 1385 on March 25.
