I have been managing a few facilities for years and have always thought there must be a better way to perform storage auctions.  My partner and I then created storage warriors.  Check it out.  We will not be available in all states because a few states do require that the sale must be held at the facility.  Keep checking in though as we will be adding many more auctions or can sign up on our facebook page to receive and email when new auctions are posted in your area.

By having 7-14 days to view the auctions it gives the buyer a better sense of what is inside and also be exposed to more buyers than a typical live auction will result in a higher sale price!

Storage Warrior; Just out of curiosity, what states specify that the auction is to be held at the storage facility? I know Texas is one of them; but sealed online bids still operates (questionably) in our state. See the following article. http://auctionstx.com/are-online-storage-auctions-legal/
