Title: If you win a storage unit online, you better get to the storage facility fast!

Just saw a legal disclaimer on SB that got me thinking. It says "The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus cancelling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder. So basically what this is saying is that you could be the winning bidder, but if the tenant makes a payment before you do, the unit can be taken away from you.
