Post by: auctionguy on May 16, 2014, 06:18:41 PM
How does this work ... in the legal notices it says that Bayport, NY will have several rooms starting today at 1pm and as of 720 est there is still nothing listed on the site

Sometimes storage facilities don't get the auctions posted by the time listed in the legal notice. Also, sometimes the tenants will pay up after the legal notice has been published and the auctions will be removed or will never be added. If the storage facility cancels their auctions with Storage Battles, they have to pay a $20 cancellation fee per unit. There are no cancellation fees (or any other fees for that matter) with our service.
