......and then sold it to make a buck ?
Any prices I've seen at pawns pretty much preclude that but years ago I bought a old PUCH moped at a pawn, got it running and sold it on eBay to a fellow who drove up to central California from the Los Anglese area to pick it up.
You ?

I've yet to see anything at a pawn shop at a price I could resell.
I've gotten a lot of tools for personal use. Some I could sell at a profit but not much and since I use them wouldn't be logical. Would just have to try and find replacement.
I did get a set of car rims once. Put them on and they looked awful on my car. Sold at $200 profit but was a total accident. I got them cheap since pawn shop wanted them gone. Friends brother offered me an amount when he saw them in the shop. Wasn't actively trying to sell...

yes ive bought guitars at pawn shops before. you can find deals at pawn shops but not deals to the point of having room to sell and make a profit. you can find good deals for yourself though. i have sold items to a pawnshop as well normally china or crystal things im not having luck moving on my own.
