Title: Just bought an old house... want to buy the stuff in it?

I need someone who can look through my houses, tell me what they can pay me for all the stuff inside, and clean the houses out. Any takers? Email me at [email protected]. For those of you who aren't in Northeast Florida, you should look for other companies like mine, they are in every city in the country. To find us, call all those "we buy houses" signs you see on the side of the road, or just google "we buy houses mycityusa", or "sell my house fast mycityusa", and you will be able to find us.

Just curious, have any of you partnered up with companies like mine? How did it work out?

How about you let someone come clean it out and keep the contents. That will save you having to PAY someone to come and clean it, and save you dumpster or dump fees.

As a former residential appraiser, I have seen plenty of cases where tenants/owners just disappear and leave everything in their home.

On some of these homes you could really hit the jackpot. While others might be trash that the occupant left behind.
