Yea Ive seen a several like that. They call them bid and holds. Ive seen it be as much as a week till you find out if you got the unit.

Oh ok well maybe they have reached all their legal obligations and rightfully own the unit now but they are willing to still work with the tenants until the last minute

Yea just depends on the unit it is not uncommon for units say maybe under 100 to go up in 5 dollar increments.

Move? Lol just kidding. Sounds like you are going to have to drive to a bigger town for flea market or maybe get several craigslist buyers for different items where it will be worth your drive into the bigger city to meet up with them
