perhaps i didnt explain myself  clearly enough

in one of the episodes up on their website now (auction sesame) the locks they are cutting off the lockers before the auction look suspiciously like the locks a facility keeps tons of keyed alike to lock up empty lockers.
the ones that are all the same color and are usually blue red or green so they stick out from the brass and chrome ones the customers use


in the other episode up (get him to the mayan) they dont show the locks that are being cut off but the only door i got a clean look at was  set up for a cylinder  lock , so again im asuming they are cutting the faciltys own locks off just to make it better for tv

my 2 cents (no offense intended)

1 if you 2 cant come to an understanding on how your getting rid of the stuff your done before you start

2 if you cant get rid of the little crap for a profit your also done before you start

3a I LOVE recycled artsy type stuff , but have you checked out your local flea market to see if this stuff will sell there?
its hard to convince people that your stuff is good period without having to explain what it is and was

3b if your buying lockers to get stuff to repurpose  you would just be better off picking

weird looking unit , before the shows that could have gone anywhere from 100-1500 here

the problem with online auctions is you can get great deals untill the cats out of the bag then everything goes retail or higher
im not wild about that room for the $2000 its up to now and personally wouldnt have spent more than 6-700 on it

saw 4 totes and 3 trashbags go for $600 today , it wasnt even newbies just 2 whales who dont like each other

id really like to know because if its coming im probably done for a year or 2 and will need to practice for my new job
