The little city next to mine passed a new ordinance stating that a person or address can only have a flea market  or yard sale once every 30 days?

Anyone ever heard of such a thing?

Sounds ridiculous to me, why would there bea ordinance for this?

Hello everyone.

I'm new to storage auctions and forums.  I have bought 2 units so far, no "wow" factor but I did make a profit.  I have been reading this forum for a couple of months and it is very informative.  I handle property preservartion (trashouts on foreclosed houses) and I come across many cool things that I sell. You probably wouldnt believe the things people leave behind. I have been doing this for about 10 years, and I have collected many antiques and collectibles.  I do alot of resale so this is just another way to expand what I already do.  Thanks for all the information.
