I search everyday, reading legal notices in about 12 online newspapers here in central Texas. I've found that looking just once a week isn't enough because on average, the facilities/auctioneers advertise about 2-3 weeks before the sale itself. I also am aware that just because there are, for example, 253 units in a caravan total (PS) from the ad, means there will be a lot less on auction day.
Of course, that's just me.  :93:

I resemble that remark!  :57: :72:

Howya doing , Travis?

Too much description=too busy. But I'll read anyways!  :72:

Before moving to Texas, I had a storage unit for about a year in Florida. One month, while paying my rent, the manager said they were having a 'garage sale' on site & would I like to participate. It was held on a Saturday, was very well attended & I got rid of a lot of 'stuff' & made a nice chunk of change.

I haven't heard of garage sales at facilities since then, but would love to go pickin' if there was one local to me.

Just PS here in Austin. Not a popular decision amongst the bidders.

At a Cube Smart auction here in Austin! Glad to meet you, Travis!

My husband has been twice, so sometimes would be my answer also.

I would agree. There are other auctioneers in my area who can be entertaining but as for keeping things going, Luther Davis is tops.  :)
