I too will take EXTREME issue with your #6,I am 68, weight just over 125 lbs, yet i can and do move VERY heavy equipment EVERY day.I build and repair drycleaning equipment and commercial washers.Moving anything in a locker will not be a problem.

Another good way to dispose of latex paint(small quantities) just pour it on cardboard, let it dry, throw in  trash
