Now even the show producers and the network can ADMIT there is a lawsuit. They must be going nuts figuring out how to address this disaster (for them)....maybe an early Christmas present for us. ;D

This would have been groundbreaking news if Dave would have made these allegations 3 months into the first season. 2 years and a hundred salted units later Mr. Hester wants to play the victim informant...nice try, but Dave is just as guilty as they are. If he really believed what Original Productions did was criminal, he shouldn't have went along with it for as long as he did.

He really is arguing that as the reason of why he don't operate his storefront anymore?
I like what it says on Point 16. That the shows tries to make us believe than bidders go check their lockers in the middle of the auction, to later get back to it. We all know this is fake and it's only made to create some climax before the cut.
What I don't understand is why they don't give names, they just say "Other/s cast member/s"

Didn't Hester voluntarily close his store when he opened his (failed) auction house?
At the Montebello auction where Sheets found the valuable paintings, I also bought a locker. I broke away from the auction to take a look at my then unpaid for unit. A unit that I had outbid Barry on. Apparently the usual auction protocol is not followed when they are shooting.
