Is Hester broke?

I noticed in a past episode that Hester is now working out of a warehouse and apparently "sold" his re-sale shop location. Any body know what's up.?

Why would this move make you think he is broke? Especially when he said in this same episode that he has plenty of money and that wasn't the reason.

If you were broke and constantly professing how financially superior you are to your competition would you really admit it on national TV?

Do you think anyone would really buy any of that storage wars apparel junk? Can't wait til the day I see someone wear storage wars apparel  to an auction. They crap they would get for that.

That apparel is pure profit.  Except any you carry in store they are made to order by outside company.  No up front cost.   
And I'm sure there is a bunch of people visiting the stores on vacation.  And vacationers always buy tshirts that when thy get home they don't know why they got it!  lol


And I'm totally going to wear one!   That's awesome.  Right  along with ""YUUUP" hat and bone gloves!.....tho all will have to wait till after I get my pet monkey and midget side kick to hold my boom box playing personal theme music. These are my priorities in life.   

So back to my point. Is Hester broke? Ok. Let's just say he's not broke but in a pinch right now. I can speak from experience. I run two businesses. My re-sale business as well as a steel fab. business. I know if I spend too much time on one, things get neglected and the other suffers. Very hard to balance the attention to each. I would imagine "storage wars" is like a second business or a second job. That has me thinking that maybe his re-sale shop suffered from too much time spent "on screen" and not enough time paying attention to what was going on in his store. With what seems like a diminished role on the show, I'm wondering if he's maybe decided to get his priorities in order and pay more attention to what got him there in the first place. JMHO.

I found it interesting to see he is (supposedly) worth 3 million $$...

I get that, but he was what he portrays before the show started. I'm just wondering if too much attention to the show cost him the other. No skin off my butt either way. Just making conversation.

All I know is he was strong arming the show for more money. Maybe they said F-U and spinning it the way they are....?

I heard the lawsuits are settled but don't know out come. Perhaps he is no long allowed to say "YUUUP"
Maybe he stopped going to auctions cause "YUUP <registered trademark of trey songz, licensed and held, with in permission forth set and held in accordance to songz incorporated>" takes to long to say.....   

I doubt Hester is broke, I doubt any of them on the show are struggling as I imagine the show itself pays them all a hefty sum to be on the show.
With that said, I have trouble believing in this show, that people would do things like leave a safe in a locker that Jarrod go that had all those coins in it. REALLY?  People just say 'ah heck with that 4000 dollars worth of coins, I will just let the locker be auctioned off. Maybe i'm wrong but it is hard to believe. and i saw someone once say it couldn't be real because the only ones that won the lockers were the people on the show and I couldn't believe someone could be so stupid. I am sure other people win lockers also but have you ever heard about EDITING where they are only going to show the people on the show when they win lockers?  Finally, Dave, why do you have to be such a jerk?  Jarrod should have knocked you out that one show.   You come across as a very unhappy man.  No wife I assume?  Are you just lonely and have no friends.  Now Barry, what an amazing individual, such a wonderful attitude towards life and he truly makes this show entertaining.  YUPP he does.

Hester wins a locker in an upcoming episdode....either July 10 or July 17, 2012.

May have been taped before the dust-up about his salary on SW, but time will tell if he lasts or not.

And like everything else in life....there is death. Of course a show like Law and Order lasted 20 years and so have many soap operas.
