2nd time out with the lookies

well it is official for me. went on 2nd run this year. this was one of my regular runs last year. (I am a warm weather guy) Last time I went on this run there were maybe 6 or 8 people at the start and at most 12 on the end closer to downtown. Today 75 at the start. Even the auction coordinator (the person who reps the storage unit) was freaked. In my opinion every unit sold for at least twice what it should have.
Just to have some fun I ran a $5 unit to $20. Me and 1 more guy bidding, it gets to $20 and 2 more start bidding. The thing went for $65 UFBle.

My next run is the boony run. If there are that many out there I may have to find a new hobby.

paying a lot more than lockers are worth. paying big bucks for lockers with appliances.
At one point I wanted to scream out hey dumb A@@ you can go on craiglist and find a washer and dryer for free. just go pick it up. But I didn't. I just keep watching and maybe change what where and how I do this.
It's changed a lot over the years. This is the first time I have every had a chance to talk about it online. And believe me I'm a helluva lot more entertaining talkin with my mouth than with my fingers.
