Title: What items of militaria have you gotten in a locker ?

For me it was "flack" jackets and the usual camo clothing.

I got one locker with a buch of newer stuff in it , 10 gunclips, some medals and awards , lots of patches and singlehandedly the most interesting and useless of the lot some genuine us military maternity camo pants  :o

 Metal ammo tins.


I did learn that some are very valuable and others are $1-$5.   Mine so happened to be in the $1, if it was in good condition, class......and they weren't.

I found a letter in a safe from a soldier postmarked (airmail) 2 days after the Normandy invasion. In the letter the soldier was letting his family know that he survived. Pretty cool piece of history.

Nazi hilt, ww2 helmet, ww2 bayonet, gas mask, many different medals, british 303 rifle, nato 9mm rounds, Nazi spoon and fork for mess kit, butter knifes from ww1 naval ship, navy peacoat
