Sorry to announce: Tom Litton, who has always done his best to answer your questions will no longer be with us.
Tom did not wake up this morning. We dont have many details, but he was very friendly and supportive of our efforts to help buyers.
We will miss Tom and Deeply Express our appreciation to his family for his honest approach to all he helped.

Tom was one of the best auctioneers in central California and he will be missed.

Here is a nice memorial to Tom:

Edit:
One p.m. Thursday, Oct 4, 2012. Just talked to a manager who had lunch with Tom on Monday and all was fine then.
Also talked to another manager who said Tom died Tuesday night about 9 p.m. His wife was with him at home when he had a heart attack which was immediately fatal. If you have to go, that might be the way. Some people have strokes which leaves them sometimes with years of a life that is hardly worth living.
Rest in peace Tom you have left many friends behind who are thinking of you and your family.

Wow, just last night my partner and I were planning auctions to attend and ran across an upcomming auction near us that he was doing. We have never been to one of his auctions before and didn't know who he was but were really looking forward to an auctioneer we haven't met before. Sounds like he was a great guy.

So sorry for the loss. We had only been to one of his auctions, after we moved to Calif. and my husband had just said (2 days ago) that we hadn't seen him on any others recently. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and anyone else this has touched. ♥
