Title: What does it take to be an auctioneer?

I’ve thought about giving this a try.  What do I need to do to become an auctioneer?  I mean other than have the ability to talk really fast.

First of all, you have to look forbidding.

What knowledge do you need to be an auctioneer?  Lots.
