Title: Buying Time
Post by: Travis on November 28, 2014, 09:32:00 PM
So we've all been there. Maybe you bought too many units or something came up which prevented you from cleaning out the locker in time.

Whatever the reason, how do you schmooze the facility manager into giving you more time? Do you have an approach that works well?

If you're a facility operator, what's the best excuse you've heard?

I just send Uncle Vito to talk to him...works every time.

If you are "actually" a storage auction buyer they already know who you are and they will bend over backwards to give you a little more time an keep you coming back to get them the most money. If you are just some guy that buys a few a month it depends on the owner.
