Title: Extra Space Storage Eliminates Cleaning Deposits

Just found out that Extra Space Storage will no longer charge a clean out deposit. I don't think that policy will last very long when they start getting stuck with partially cleaned out units full of trash.

The positive side of no deposit is that buyers might bid the unit up another 50 or 100 bucks because they don't need it for the deposit.

They also started charging sales tax. YES!! :)
