Thought I would change things up a bit. Whoever has the most posts overall for the month of December will get a Storage Wars DVD bundle which includes seasons 1-4. And no, I didn't find them in a storage unit...although if I did, that would be really ironic wouldn't it? ;D

I got a better contest. Let's see whose book about the storage auction business gets found in a storage unit first. Yours or Glendon Cameron's.
First person who finds either book in a unit, post it here!

By-the-way,
This contest is slanted completely in Movieman's favor. He doesn't even buy storage units anymore! He just sits at home and plays on his computer! :)

That does raise some interesting questions. How old is MovieMan? Is he retired? Does he make his living as a picker/storage unit buyer or does he have another source of income? We know so little about him yet he knows everything about us. Okay, spill the beans MM, inquiring minds want to know. ;D

The Shadow knows...but he's not talking. If an auction buyer named Lamont Cranston ever shows up on this forum you might find out something, but don't think that will happen either.

I got a feeling it is not a Alec Baldwin reference but the original Shadow. That should give us a little evidence about his age.

Or at least an area of interest !
I didn't see the original screening of The Great Train Robbery (1903) but that doesn't mean I didn't see it later. A 10 year old who saw the original screening would be about 110 years old today!
Ah, the power to cloud men's minds.

Here's my educated guess from the little I know about him.
52-58 years of age, divorced, possibly ex-military. Retired from a large corporation or city job and has a decent sized retirement account or pension. He might even be one of the smart ones that sold his home and downsized before the California housing bubble burst. Now does what he wants when he wants. Supplements his income by buying storage units and picking, but doesn't have to...he does it for entertainment. Probably wears an Indiana Jones hat, Ray Ban aviator sunglasses and khaki cargo shorts. Probably 5'10", not overweight but has a slight belly and a medium length grey beard.
So, MM, did I hit the nail on the head?

....does what he wants when he wants....
The portion quoted above is correct ! ;D

Oh, come on. I know I got the Indiana Jones hat right as well.
