I do resales pretty much FT, but I also contract myself out as a handyman, especially with Trim Carpenter stuff like cabinets and doors. But also do decks and lawns. Here soon I am going to start hauling trash.

You do foreclosure cleanouts at all? My buddy was doing those for a while.

I dont, as of yet, but a buddy of mine does, he is trying to bring me out there when there is alot. But we shall see :)

As myself, I wouldnt know since I have not done one. I am sure they are listed in the legal sections just liek storage units are. But I am not 100% sure. I will ask my buddy next time I see him.

You have to get in with REO real estate companies. As the bank takes the house they assign it to a real estate agency and they then get it ready to sale. They choose the people to do the trash outs, cleaning, lawn care, repairs etc.. Then they sale it.
