A cracker is still a cracker.
For those who would respond that the the words for other ethnic groups (kike, spic, beaner, wop, etc) don't get the media play that those who use the "N" word would get seem to have forgotten that blacks in this country (in the past) were brought over in chains for over a hundred years before the civil war began and therefore the other groups (though often mistreated in American history) haven't suffered the indignities that black Americans suffered ..... in the past.
Today, slavery and sexual slavery still exists in the larger world community. Man's inhumanity to other humans is unbelievable. War lords in Africa and other nations are responsible for indignities we could never imagine in the U.S.A.

First notice how you felt free to write out cracker, kike, spic, beaner, and wop, but then made reference to the "N" word instead of spelling it out. Then you attempted to exaggerate the plight of blacks by noting slavery for which blacks of today were not a part of, did not suffer through, and are living here in the USA in an advanced society instead of grass huts with bones through their noses as a direct result.
You need to recognize and change the fact that you've been brainwashed into thinking that blacks of today deserve some extra benefit that others don't. Equality doesn't mean overcompensating.

Okay, got it...
I would be interested in hearing your views on what we have done "historically" in terms of women's rights (at one time they couldn't vote), equal pay for women for same jobs done by men, how historically we treated the American Indian, the list is extensive, including (now) the elderly and of course gays..see recent gay marriage news.
There is certainly no one answer but open-mindedness is a start.

As Martin Luther King would say: I have a dream. A Dream that one day you crackers would quit discussing the plight of the American black man, a subject you know nothing about other than what you've read in a magazine.
Jeez...The only thing that could make this conversation worse would be if these two were drinking and someone brought up religion. ;D

How about the George Zimmerman trial? Worse than religion. People giving opinions with out even looking at facts....

Right...Like the people outside of the courthouse holding banners that say "Justice For Trayvon" while chanting "Hell no, we won't go.
Perhaps I'm missing something. Did anyone ask them to leave?
