What's the deal with Honey Boo Boo ?

While watching Ghost Town Gold for the first time I saw a promo for the Honey Boo Boo show and then found one discussion link which pretty much answered my curiosity about that show.

Now I feel like looking up a definition of how people define "White trash" or "Trailer Park Trash".  I'm thinking Honey Boo Boo might be mentioned somewhere along the line.  And, yes, I know that not everyone who lives in a trailer park is trash.

I don't get it myself.......but then again, I don't get half the new shows on tv these days.  I guess my age is showing......

It's like a train wreck, you can't help but to watch...at least a few episodes.

It's a horrible show and yes I have watched it. It's totally like passing an accident on the highway. You don't want to look but you can't help it. I just keep telling myself that hopefully this poor child is at least benefitting financially from this trainwreck.
