I picked up a 10x20 for cheap. I counted 9 filing cabinets in this unit, not a single lick of furniture, no matresses etc.
What I did get:
2 patterson kelly twin shell dry blenders ($$$$$)
ultrasonic equipment ($$$$$)
soda lime beads - they look like marbles, these sell for 40 bucks a pound on ebay (circa 25-30 pounds)
Scientific stuff, beakers, gauges, bronze fittings etc.
Best 360 bucks I ever spent and once I get these blenders sold, its going to be a hard unit to top. A quick search on the blenders turns up a $5,000 price tag.. and I got two!

Here's what I found on eBay (11 6 2011). Which of these do you have? (or another model ?)

Sounds like a great buy. You just never know with those lockers. I know a resteraunt locker that everyone came to see a few months back turned out to be a bust. Another unit that looked to be a closed business turned out to be more paper, receipt books, and the like then profit. You just never can tell.
